Counselling is a one to one talking therapy. I help you to make effective changes to your life, and enhance your mental wellbeing.
My role is not to give advice, I offer an empathic, non-judgemental and compassionate space in which we can work.
Counselling can help with emotional problems, or if you are just not feeling "right". I can work with you to find out what it is, and how to deal with it. Anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, life transitions including retirement, redundancy, long-term ill health and many other challenging situations are the sort of things that I can help, either to cope or resolve
I am registered with AXA/PPP to see clients under their insurance scheme.
