Counselling - A space to talk - Central London & Hertfordshire

Anxiety, fear and sadness, also family relationships come under pressure  in the current difficult circumstances due to COVID-19. The isolation from family and friends and the loss of familiar routines leave us feeling uncomfortable, and aggravating feelings which are usually managed within our normal everyday lives.

I am able to offer online counselling at a reduced rate of £50, using Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp and Zoom.

I am offering low fee counselling for Key Workers affected by the pandemic.  (*See section above for Key Worker definition.) The service is short term for a period of four sessions. Each will be charged at £20 and is available between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, online using Zoom or by phone.

With over 4 years experience in offering online therapy to clients based overseas and in the UK, I am able to help you become comfortable with working online, as soon as the restrictions are lifted we can transfer to face to face sessions in my consulting rooms in Central London and Royston, Hertfordshire.

There is flexibility in day/time and I will be happy to do my best to accommodate the current situation.

Please email me in the first instance if you wish to discuss how counselling can help.

Are you feeling isolated, with overwhelming feelings which you are fearful of sharing, maybe apprehensive of admitting that you are not coping - It is ok to seek help.

Counselling is confidential and a safe space where I can help you to understand and take back control. Anxiety - based issues, which include self esteem, confidence, depression, relationship issues, and self harm, or just feeling uncomfortable in yourself are all feelings which I can help you to acknowledge, feel that you are not alone, and support you in finding a way through this difficult time.

The experience I have from working with my clients helps inform my therapeutic approach. I offer both short and long term counselling.I work with both individuals and couples.
