Anxiety - based issues, which include self esteem, self-confidence, depression, relationship issues, and self harm, or just feeling uncomfortable in yourself. These are all feelings which I can help you to acknowledge, feel that you are not alone, and support you in finding a way through a difficult time. I am also experienced in working with addictions (gambling, drugs, alcohol), eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia), work and social stress, relationship breakdown and psychosomatic disorders.
I am able to adapt my approach to ensure it is best suited to your needs, we will agree what is within your comfort zone and review progress regularly. The experience I have from working with my clients helps inform my therapeutic approach. I offer both short and long term counselling. I work with both individuals and couples.
I am registered with AXA/PPP, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Healix to see clients under their insurance scheme.

Central London: Clients located in Central London can start therapy with me online, moving to in-person sessions as soon as restrictions are lifted.
Convenient to Old Street station (Mainline trains & Northern Line) and Barbican station (Circle, District & Met underground lines and Thameslink mainline)

Easily accessible from Stevenage & Cambridge by train (Kings Cross), also easy access by car from North and East Hertfordshire and South Cambridgeshire. Free car parking available after 3.30pm.
